It is issued in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the General Application and Implementation Directive (GAID) 2025 issued by the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
1. Who we are
Staurus Training Limited, a company incorporated in Nigeria (RC 998054), with its registered office at 52 Awolowo Road, Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria, is the data controller for the purposes of this notice.

We do not use a contact form, cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this website, and we do not automatically collect browsing data from visitors.
3. Third-party services
This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Loading a font this way causes your browser to make a request to Google's servers, which will see your IP address. Google's own privacy practices govern that request; we do not receive or store that information ourselves.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and, where a training engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus a reasonable period for our accounting and audit obligations. We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you separately agree to that.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share enquiry details with facilitators or partner organisations directly engaged to deliver a specific training programme you have enquired about, and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
6. Your rights
Under the NDPA you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it, and you may object to processing carried out on a legitimate-interest basis. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond without undue delay.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you may lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (ndpc.gov.ng).
